A practical record of what's available. The feature overview shows access requirements and current beta limits.
Private photos for inspection follow-ups
Open Photos on a saved inspection to add captioned images. Uploads require an approved pilot or active plan; viewing, individual downloads and removal remain available afterward. Images are resized, stored privately and stripped of embedded metadata. Limits are five photos per inspection, 50 per account and 2 MB per stored PNG. Photos are downloaded separately from business-record exports. They do not provide customer signatures or independently verified proof of service. Read the guide.
One place to check your next steps
My activity brings your walkthrough requests, business enquiries, cleaning jobs, bids, support and site issues together. Review current counts, filter items needing attention and open the correct workspace to act. The page refreshes every minute while visible if enabled and labels stale snapshots when a refresh fails. This free signed-in view follows record ownership, including for accounts whose pilot or Pro access ended. Read the guide; email, text and push delivery remain separate unfinished capabilities.
Report a cleaning issue where it happens
Businesses with approved pilot or Pro access can now create client-specific QR report pages, print signs and receive routine service issues in a private inbox. Owners can assign a crew record, set a due date and retain progress and resolution notes. Public pages show only the details the owner reviews and enables. Existing issues remain manageable after plan access ends. Read the setup guide; automatic alerts and employee accounts are not connected.
A short guide to your walkthrough request
The third captioned screen guide shows how to save a new request to your account, check the recorded time, ask for changes, read replies and cancel. It uses clearly labelled internal examples, with full written steps and a downloadable video. Refreshing a request also clears old action notices so the latest status stays clear.
Clearer headings across the site
Improved shared heading sizes, letter spacing and booking-card spacing so request details and section titles remain readable on desktop and phone screens.
Your walkthrough, with progress you can check
Customers can now save a new walkthrough request to their signed-in account, track its status, request a change and cancel an active request. Businesses see pending changes and can add customer-visible replies while keeping internal notes private. Sign in and choose account linking before submitting; guest and older requests are still handled directly with the business. Automatic email and text alerts are not connected.
A request page customers can scan
Businesses can now print a walkthrough request sign or download its QR code for their own flyer. The code opens the published business request page, and enquiries appear in the existing private booking inbox. A request still needs a time agreed directly with the customer; it does not reserve an appointment.
Two short guides you can watch
Watch captioned screen guides for the free tools and cost-based pricing. Each includes the full written steps, a download and no audio. The fixed proposal sample now opens consistently for signed-in visitors, and the tool pages explain approved pilot access.
A private place for support conversations
Your support requests now keeps your question, replies and resolution status together. Sign in with no paid plan required, export the conversation, or reopen a resolved request. Replies appear on the site; automatic alerts are not connected.
Supplies, reports and clearer booking follow-through
Supply tracking now includes count units, reorder levels, target quantities, suppliers and estimated restock costs. Filter low stock and export a restock list.
Business reports bring payment records, invoices, visits, time and inspections into one view, with separate current balances, follow-ups and stock needs.
Booking email drafts now use wording for new, contacted, confirmed, completed, declined and cancelled requests. Drafts still need to be sent by you.
Automatic notifications, calendar sync, employee access and native app distribution are still in development. There is no promised release date for these capabilities.
