Quote & Mop is operated by APB123 LLC. These terms explain use of the service and Pro subscriptions.
What the service provides
Quote & Mop helps cleaning businesses estimate work, prepare proposals and manage their business records. Pro includes creating and saving up to 500 personalized proposals and access to the business workspace. The free experience includes a fixed sample proposal, calculator and walkthrough checklist.
You are responsible for the information and cost assumptions you enter and for reviewing proposals before sending them. Estimates are not guarantees of profitability, recommended market rates, or legal, tax or accounting advice. The service does not enter cleaning contracts, collect payments from your clients or send messages on your behalf. Booking requests require separate agreement and confirmation with the customer.
Pro pricing and renewal
Pro costs $24 USD billed monthly, or $228 USD billed upfront each year ($19/month equivalent), plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Both plans renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled. Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. Quote & Mop does not store your card details.
Paid checkout is not currently open. Launch interest and feedback are not subscriptions and do not authorize a charge. Paid checkout remains disabled until merchant setup and launch checks are complete.
Canceling and managing billing
Use Manage billing in your signed-in workspace to update payment details, view invoices or cancel future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues through that period while the subscription remains active and paid. An unsuccessful payment does not grant paid access.
After paid access ends, previously saved proposals remain available to download or delete, and business records remain available to view and export. An active Pro plan or approved pilot is required to create or change these records.
Reviewed free pilot
The pilot offers up to 25 independently reviewed businesses 30 days of Pro access from approval, one place per business. Application does not guarantee approval. No card, automatic renewal, paid conversion or public review is required. Access expires automatically. We may end pilot access for duplicate applications, abuse or misuse.
Your account and records
Use the service only for lawful business purposes, enter information you are authorized to use and do not attempt to access another account's information. Do not store card numbers, bank credentials, government identifiers, passwords, building access codes or sensitive medical information.
Features may change during the beta. Keep exported copies of important work. Archiving a business record hides it and can be reversed; it does not delete the record. Read the privacy notice for storage, access, export and deletion details, and the marketplace terms before posting or bidding on cleaning jobs.

For billing questions, refund requests or help canceling, contact hello@quoteandmop.com. Include your account email and a description of the issue; do not send card details or passwords.
