HOW IT WORKS

A clear process, with you in control.

    Tell businesses what you need

    Choose a category and state. Describe the size, condition, tasks and timing. Your request is reviewed before it appears publicly; keep exact addresses and personal details in the private field.

  2. 02

    Compare private bids

    Review each business's scope, exclusions, total price and availability. Competing bidders cannot see one another's bids. A profile review does not certify licenses, insurance or qualifications.

  3. 03

    Select a business and agree the details

    Selection shares the agreed contact information with that business. Confirm the location, service terms, payment arrangements and time directly before work begins.

  4. 04

    Keep track of the agreed work

    The selected business can record your agreed appointment. Check My workspace and the combined schedule for status. Contact the other party directly about changes; automatic notifications are not connected.

Already have a business's booking link?

Sign in before submitting and choose to save the request to your account. You can then check status, read replies, request a change or cancel an active request. Submitting does not confirm a time, and change requests need business agreement. Guest and older requests are handled directly with the business.

See a cleaning issue at your location?

If your cleaning business has placed a Quote & Mop issue-report code at the site, scan it and check the business name and area before submitting. Describe the issue and optionally leave your name and email for follow-up. The report goes to that business's private inbox. Keep the receipt reference and contact the business directly if urgent; the form is not monitored for emergencies.
