This early service marketplace is operated by Quote & Mop — Alexander Brewer, sole proprietor. Posting and bidding are free during the beta, without automatic paid conversion. Future fees require notice and separate agreement.

What happens here

Adults authorized to request work can submit a job. Operators review jobs and business profiles before public listing. Approved businesses in the job’s state and service category can submit a private bid. Customers can compare bids, select one business and contact it to agree a service contract and time. The selected business records the agreed appointment, and the customer can mark it completed after the scheduled end.

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Selection is an introduction and sharing authorization, not a payment or a substitute for agreeing the scope, price, tax, licensing, insurance, cancellation rights and service contract directly. We do not guarantee leads, local availability, quality, employment, earnings or payment. No escrow, customer payment collection, financing, deposit handling or automatic refunds are provided.

Business and job information

Only submit accurate information for a business or job you are authorized to represent. Businesses are responsible for licenses, insurance, qualifications, lawful work and customer obligations. A reviewed profile means an operator reviewed the submitted identity and business details; it is not a background check, licensing certification, insurance guarantee or endorsement. Customers should independently check qualifications and agree terms before work starts.

No fake jobs or bids, impersonation, misleading claims, unsolicited advertising, discriminatory or unlawful requests, attempts to access another account, or sharing of secrets. Use the Report control on a listing or contact support for safety concerns. Operators may reject, remove or suspend listings and participation. Support reviews platform concerns; it does not promise arbitration or compensation.

Privacy and contact sharing

Public job listings contain title, trade, city/state, description and requested timing. Keep names, phone numbers, emails and exact addresses out of these public fields. Business listings contain business name, category, area, website and description. Stored private data includes the signed-in account reference/email, business phone, private job details, bids, selections, appointments, timestamps and moderation records.

Bids are visible to their submitting business, the customer who owns that job, and authorized operators for support. Competing businesses cannot see other bids. Selecting a business shares the customer’s email and private job details with that business, and shares the business email/phone with the customer. You explicitly authorize this when posting or bidding. The app does not provide automated email, SMS or push alerts; both parties must check their workspace and communicate changes directly.

Changes, cancellation and records

Customers can cancel pending or active requests. A selected business can cancel its participation. Communicate any change directly; cancellation here does not undo a separate contract or issue a refund. A business may withdraw its bid while the job is open; the beta currently allows one bid per business per job. Appointment overlap checking covers only this marketplace, not external calendars or the separate walkthrough inbox.

Export your marketplace records from My workspace. Pause a business profile to stop discovery and new bids. To request account-data deletion or correction, email support from your signed-in email and identify the record. We will assess active job obligations, fraud-prevention and legal retention needs; deleting data here cannot recall copies already shared with a selected party.
